So i placed an order on Friday i payed with my credit card through amazon got notification from amazon they a payment was taking out and got no notification from hairsisters.com that my order had been placed or shipping details even when i go on the site and log into the account under order status there is nothing there the only confirmation i got that i ever ordered something was from amazon payments... has this happened to anyone else im getting worried

Just had this happen to me. I didnt get any confirmation number or anything. And its differcult to order. It dont say if its being sent or money was taken out. No email woth confirmation on your order. And dont like the 3rd party transaction

Hi Mary m. My experience is not quite the same, but something dodgy is going on with this business! One thing is certain, your account details are NOT SECURE! My address details were changed in my account and Hairsisters are saying that 'I did it and it is my fault' that I didn't receive my shipment! I live in Australia and my shipment supposedly went to somewhere in the US. Even though my shipment crossed the pacific to Brisbane and it was suddenly was sent back to the US and was picked up in Chicago by someone! Someone hacked my hairsisters account and changed my shipping address! I was shocked, why would I ever do that? Yet hairsisters are accusing me of doing it! I am furious. If they don't resolve this I will post negative feedback about them on every forum I can find... I promise that!. I am very afraid now that I have lost an order to the value of $552.59 US! It was never delivered to me. Hairsisters, customer service were rude and said it was my mistake and it was up to me to fix it! It is very hard to ring a US number from an Austrialian prepaid mobile phone. I have printed a copy of my order and the shipping address clearly says my home address in Australia at the time of purchase. My PayPal receipt also shows my Australian Shipping address! What the hell is going on with this company? Huge mistake they made being so rude to me, as I spend over $1,000 US a month on wigs for fellow alopecia sufferes and I won't be doing business with them ever again! First and last time for me! I am reporting them to PayPal on Tuesday, as my shipment clearly has not been delivered to me. I have the copy of my shipping info clearly stating my Australian address. I hope you have some comeback with Amazon Payments! I do have comeback with PayPal. I hope you get your issue sorted quickly and you are happy with the outcome.

I don't know I pay with pay pal but it depends on the time you order from them
