Does your company ever respond to customer complaints. I was researching your company before I started buying for myself and granddaughter and what I notice is a habit of not responding to customer complaints and unresolved complaints. Is that what is the normal customer service for your company. I would like to warn you that Site Jabber reviews are noticed around the globe.

They do not care. They care about the money. Avoid this site at all costs.
