I had an ideeli merchandise credit for $84 and now that groupon took over i do not see the credit. i did not get any email about the change in policy, i want my money back! anna

Answer:

I have been trying for over 8 months to get my credit back from them. I even contacted the Better Business Bureau. I'm thinking of contacting the Attorney's General office of Illinois next

I am interested in purchasing some perfume but am skeptical because of the low price. what is the catch? how can groupon offer a product for 75% off retail? i would rather pay full price and know what i am getting and when, and get honest customer service. plus i am wanting to split the shipping and am confused about how i would do that

Answer:

Honestly, who knows what you are getting. Groupon deals with third-party vendors with little to no credentials. I thought I was getting a deal on my shampoo and conditioner combo, and all they sent was conditioner. I won't shop Groupon again.

Contact them. They are now own by groupon. I contacted groupon and was issued a refund for my credit balance.

The products that I have ordered are as they say, however when I compare the prices to amazon they are often the same or more. Personally I am not going to take the chance of the lottery of actually receiving what I ordered or the time consuming processes of returning at a particular pick up point for them to lose the return and charge you anyway,

Hello. i received my order 115547962 november, 3rd and my kc collection knit trimmed quilt eggplant came defective. i contacted a customer service and they promised to refund $33.72 to my card. i never received my money. can you help me?

Answer:

I'm having a similar problem. No response to several emails requesting a refund. Chat line employee, disrespectful and turns over request to "senior management." My credit card company is now working on my behalf. Good luck!
