Hello. I received my order 115547962 November, 3rd and my KC COLLECTION Knit Trimmed Quilt Eggplant came defective. I contacted a customer service and they promised to refund $33.72 to my card. I never received my money. Can you help me?
I'm having a similar problem. No response to several emails requesting a refund. Chat line employee, disrespectful and turns over request to "senior management." My credit card company is now working on my behalf. Good luck!
