Answer:

Yes they do! You can find this information by clicking on the image of the snack online, and we send these details with every snack we send.

Do you have a contact for graze customer service, i paid for a shipment and never received it and can not get any response from them via email.com

Can this be cancelled after 30 days if my child doesn't like it?

You can cancel any time you like, Jim! As long as you cancel before we start preparing your next box, you'll then not be sent anything else. If you'd like us to check your account, just send hello@graze.com a message :)

Can you control the frequency of receiving boxes without having to email to change it from weekly . as a single person, i would only be interested in this about once per month for start

Will u charge me for the free trial ???

Hi Jay! If you have a special code that entitles you to a free sampler box, you won't be charged for your first delivery. Your first payment will be for the next box in your order, but if you'd prefer to cancel before the second box is sent, this is no problem at all. How do i know what snack are included in the 4 snack sampler? i want to know before i purchase.

Answer:

Hi Samia! While you aren't able to select exactly which snacks will arrive in your graze box each week, or your sample box, your boxes are packed according to your ratings.The way that graze works is that all of our products are set by default to 'try' so this is why it's really important to go through and rate all of our snacks. You can rate them as 'like', 'love' or 'try' and, for any products you don't want to receive, mark them as 'trash'. It doesn't take long, honest! You'll be prompted to rate your snacks once you set up your order. Enjoy your snacks :)

Didn't like my first box at all. didn't get a chance to cancel second box. want a refund of my 13.99

Hi Grant! I'm sorry to hear that you didn't enjoy your first box. Having checked, I can see that you didn't cancel your recurring order, which is why you were billed for and sent a second box. However, as a courtesy my colleague refunded you in full for this box. You should be seeing this refund reflected on your bank statement shortly, but please don't hesitate to reach out should you have any further questions. Thanks!
