How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at GoPro?

They respond to your request for a call back, but they do not follow through with your request. They continue to use the excuse of "waiting to hear back from the warehouse".

You cant you have to complete a contact me page on their web site and they will not call you back

Haha... Not even an hourglass would suffice.
PHONE SUPPORT = NON EXISTENT
Line automatically disconnects or rings and rings until you hang up or the line disconnects.
