SUPER easy. Mario the owner/operator communicates directly with users in plain English. Unheard of in this space. He is the best.
The site owner is very responsive. I don't remember what I needed from him but I remember that he got back to me within one or two business days.
They also communicate very well even about problems I wasn't aware of.

I have never needed to, so I'm not sure. My service has been flawless, so I can only imagine that if I had an issue, they would address it. Again, I've never had an issue, so I don't know for sure.
I think there is very few employees, but they do get back to you quickly if you email a problem
Its a bit minimal, but with the community fine for the product. If you need more you probably don't know enough to snipe.
Customer service is just a click away and I have questions answered in less than 24 hours on normal business days and times.

I think I used it once when I lost a bid, Mario emailed me & explained the system of bid increments. Educational & friendly.
I am using gixen since 15 years, and as far as I remember I needed to contact them maybe 2\3 times, and i received a reply always within hours.

Mario is very easy to contact via email and answers questions very promptly in simple language that's easy to understand. Most questions can be self answered by reading the website FAQ.
I sent an email and the administrator Mario answered in minutes.
I've only had to do it once in the last 10 years and was delighted to find that Gixen was easy to contact and totally responsive to my needs. Wish I could say the same about eBay.

I have never contacted customer service at Gixen - there has never been a need to do it in the years I've been using their sniping service. No issues at all.
I have never needed to because the service has never let me down! But I get the impression from the way it is run that they would respond very quickly if I ever messaged.
There was no need to contact anybody. The online documentation is very complete.
