I ordered from gsmphonedeals.com another sister company! my order has nother arrived yet and it's been nearly a week. it's only supposedly coming from the netherlands to uk so i would, c have expected my parcel today. they have not replied to any of my tickets asking for confirmation as to which carrier is in possession of my parcel and i am getting increasingly frustrated!

I don't understand the reason why gearbest is asking me for my photo id and credit card details, although i have placed many online ordered but never faced such an issue.? is it safe?

I have never dealt with a more jacked up company. order back in august and still haven't received it. you can't contact anyone. i finally contacted the texas state attorney general to see i'd maybe they can find out what kind odd jack wagon foreign company bull $#*! is going on.

Answer:

They are a horrible company who screws everyone on return shipping on nearly 50% defective items. Don't shop here

My order has been stuck in hong kong for three weeks... what is the deal?

Answer:

Won't presume to have a specific answer but I've ordered 6 times from Gearbest and the 2nd one got lost - that may have occurred here. They eventually gave me a credit for the purchase amount on their site. I rec'd the other orders in an acceptable timeframe and the last order is on it's way.
