I have never dealt with a more jacked up company. order back in august and still haven't received it. you can't contact anyone. i finally contacted the texas state attorney general to see i'd maybe they can find out what kind odd jack wagon foreign company bull $#*! is going on.

Answer:

They are a horrible company who screws everyone on return shipping on nearly 50% defective items. Don't shop here

My order has been stuck in hong kong for three weeks... what is the deal?

Answer:

Won't presume to have a specific answer but I've ordered 6 times from Gearbest and the 2nd one got lost - that may have occurred here. They eventually gave me a credit for the purchase amount on their site. I rec'd the other orders in an acceptable timeframe and the last order is on it's way.

Hello, gearbest can i ask you a qustion? how can i reach the person or officer beyond gearbest custom service center? recently, i was scammed with money in your website. you got my money, and then you didn't send the item (mini pc) nor refund the money. how can i do? i claimed it to the custom centre, but no answer, no response. is your site a world wide scam site? i don't think so. please let me know how i can do.
