Its not a scam site.
Open a ticket with who ever you paid with.
Also bear in mind orders placed from abroad with gearbest, can result in issues, if the item you receive has a fault (costly shipping fees to return etc)
So check if the item your buying is covered by the manufacturer as well. Least that way you have an alternate method of troubleshooting if something goes wrong.
