How Can I reach the person or officer beyond Gearbest custom service center?
Recently, I was scammed with money in your website.
You got my money, and then you didn't send the item (mini PC) nor refund the money.
How can I do?
I claimed it to the custom centre, but no answer, no response.
Is your site a world wide scam site?
I don't think so.
Please let me know how I can do.

Its not a scam site.

Open a ticket with who ever you paid with.

Also bear in mind orders placed from abroad with gearbest, can result in issues, if the item you receive has a fault (costly shipping fees to return etc)

So check if the item your buying is covered by the manufacturer as well. Least that way you have an alternate method of troubleshooting if something goes wrong.
