I made an order on the 21st and my items haven't shipped yet. I spent $325 and I'm becoming worried because I am not getting any response from them about what's going on with my order. It's been five days since my ticket to them and I've gotten nothing back. Is this the normal with them?

Yes it is normal. They ship out of China, so shipping takes much longer having to go through customs and all. And Gearbest doesn't have the best track record either. However, try messaging Try sending a message to this person. http://www.sitejabber.com/users/lilyl19
