I ordered a phone to gift on anniversary and everything was perfectly fine until I purchased this item. I was not sure about the authenticity of this site but still I wanted this phone since last two years and could not find anywhere other than GearBest. Now the product has been sitting there unless I wrote to customer care after which the next update was that they packed the item. This update was again sitting there for few days until I contacted customer care again. After that they shipped the item and then there was again no update. I had to write again and again to know about its whereabouts. The last update was that it has flown to the destination country, for the last 10 days the same update. What kind of disgusting non trustable site is this? I paid so much of my hard earned money to buy happiness and this is the response I get. Now I feel like trapped having invested so much money. I have to get it return. Or else are you going to ship my purchased item in good health as earliest with proper acknowledgement about its whereabouts?
