Hello, Gearbest I am a custormer who have bought some items from you. Recently I ordered mini PC but I didn't receive it. Your staff (Zilla) said you didn't ship it yet. So I want to refund it. I always use pay-pal for paying. Every time without problem, just make sure for the fastest shipping click there US wear house option when selecting your items I usually get mine in 5 to 7 days. If you order from the China option it will be about 25 days until you get your items
