Hello Madame, I told the company via email to cancel my order. This was after numerous calls and unanswered emails.
I was advised me to turn down anything that is shipped to my home from that company. My credit card company is wonderful.

I placed an order a month ago, they charged my credit card and have not shipped my item yet. I filed a complaint with the BBB.
They attempted to charge my credit card TWICE for an item I NEVER received. The second attempt was under a made up company which was evident that it was fraud. Luckily American Express is amazing in realizing fraudulence and it worked out in the end and I was not charged 700$ for a couch I never received.
The company is not a scam, but there is poor or no customer support. I bought and received a chair more than a year ago. It took longer than it should of taken, but I got the chair I wanted at the best price on the net.
Unfortunately this company has the absolute worst customer service if any at all but I saved over a hundred dollars on my purchase. I got my shipment confirmation right after I stopped stressing over it. It took about two weeks total for shipment but worth it to me. But trust me I understand what you are going through... It's not a scam. Be patient and good luck!
