Answer:
Sure thing! Our service is a subscription based service--so if you were to order, say, the FLEX 9 plan you would get 9 meals each week (automatically--you don't have to reorder each week), unless you chose to skip a week (or multiple weeks) or cancel the subscription. There is no fee for canceling or skipping weeks, it simply must be done with enough advance notice.:-) You can also update your individual meal choices each week, to change it up a bit. Currently we have our cooking facility in Phoenix, Arizona and we deliver to AZ, CA, OR, WA, ID, UT, NV, NM, and will be in TX starting in February. We definitely have plans to expand--first to the east coast this year, and eventually to be nationwide.:-) We'd be happy to add you to our expansion notification list if you'd like! Simply email info@freshly.com with your preferred email address. Then any time we expand you'll receive notice so you can see if we're in Michigan yet! :D

Answer:
It's quite simple! You would just log in to the My Account page and click the "cancel" button next to your active subscription. It will ask you to confirm, and by confirming you are canceling all future orders. It won't cancel any orders already scheduled/created, so you need to be sure to do so by your weekly deadline (per the reminder emails we send out).:-) Let us know if you have additional questions!

Answer:
Hello Melinda, Our plans are all set up as weekly recurring subscriptions. However, you can cancel any time--no fee for doing so--by simply clicking the "cancel" button on the My Account page once your order is placed.:-) Let me know if you have any additional questions!

Answer:
It is not frozen at all. It is cold, packed in dry ice packets. You put it in your refrigerator, not in your freezer. The company does not recommend freezing the food after it arrives, either. You need to use it up within a week.

Answer:
Hello Susan, Here is where you can find some additional information regarding the FIT: http://support.freshly.com/support/solutions/articles/9000029822-how-is-freshly-fit-different-from-the-freshly-flex-plans- Please note, however, that now the "lunch" and "dinner" options are combined as "entrees"--so you would select 14 "entrees" and 7 "breakfasts"--versus 7,7, and 7 like the linked article says.:-) (Need to get that updated!) The breakfasts and entrees are currently priced the same--the price per week is the same regardless of which choices you select.
