Do they deliver the food really frozen well? Other companies have delivered food that was not even cold

It is not frozen at all. It is cold, packed in dry ice packets. You put it in your refrigerator, not in your freezer. The company does not recommend freezing the food after it arrives, either. You need to use it up within a week.
