Sure thing!

Our service is a subscription based service--so if you were to order, say, the FLEX 9 plan you would get 9 meals each week (automatically--you don't have to reorder each week), unless you chose to skip a week (or multiple weeks) or cancel the subscription.

There is no fee for canceling or skipping weeks, it simply must be done with enough advance notice.:-) You can also update your individual meal choices each week, to change it up a bit.

Currently we have our cooking facility in Phoenix, Arizona and we deliver to AZ, CA, OR, WA, ID, UT, NV, NM, and will be in TX starting in February. We definitely have plans to expand--first to the east coast this year, and eventually to be nationwide.:-)
