If I freeze these meals how could I heat heat in oven. Don't use microwave. Any suggestions what temperature I could use and how long to reheat.

We currently have one kitchen, located in Phoenix, Arizona. Your meals will be prepared by our trained chefs and packaged with gel ice packs and insulation that will keep them cool for two full days of transit, plus twelve hours on your doorstep!
