Hi Kate!

That's odd--there should be a use-by date stamped/inked on the outer sleeve of each container. It's typically about 3-4 days out from your delivery day.:-)

You can certainly freeze the meals if necessary, and then you'd just want to let them thaw in the refrigerator prior to reheating.
