If I freeze these meals how could I heat heat in oven. Don't use microwave. Any suggestions what temperature I could use and how long to reheat.

You do get to choose your meals from our overall menu. We currently have just a couple of vegetarian breakfast options and one vegetarian entree. As we continue to grow we definitely plan to offer a wider range of options!
