Hi Laurel!

You can certainly reheat the meals in an oven or on the stovetop if preferred--we have many customers who choose to do so.:-) You'll just need to dirty some dishes, since our current meal containers are microwave-safe only.

Currently our menu is not certified organic. We definitely take care to use quality, unprocessed ingredients free from hormones, added sugars, and without the use of chemical preservatives.

The fish we use is wild.:-)
