can I cancel after the 1st week .. is there a penalty?? Who do I call if there is a problem??

Hi Charlotte,

You can certainly cancel after the first week! We are a no obligation subscription, meaning you can skip weeks, cancel, and reactivate as necessary so you only receive meals when you want them! There is no penalty for cancelling, you will just need to do so prior to your weekly deadline, which is outlined in the top right hand corner of your Meal Planner, as well as in your Welcome Email and reminder emails. Cancelling after the deadline does not result in a penalty, but any orders that have already been charged would be prepared and delivered.
