Are your meals good for someone who is trying to maintain weight after being on a diet for a long time, and are they portion controlled.

Hi Margo! The meals can certainly be good for that situation. We are more concerned with where calories are coming from than closely counting calories (whole, unaltered, nutrient-dense ingredients), but our meals are indeed portioned differently than your typical larger-than-life American restaurant portions.:-)

We use the following portion guidelines:
-main protein source: roughly 5 ounces
-veggies: roughly 3-4 ounces
-potatoes/rice/etc: roughly 3-4 ounces
