Hi Latonia, our website offers prior year tax return preparation for 2010, 2011, 2012, and 2013. The pricing is the same as our current year product: Federal returns are free and State returns are $12.95.

To prepare a prior year return:
1- Go to the FreeTaxUSA home page
2- Select the "Prior Year Products" link located at the top of the home page
3- Click on the year you would like to access and follow the prompts to access that software.

Please be aware that the IRS only accepts e-filed returns for the current tax year. The only way to submit a prior year return is to print and mail the return.

I found Free Tax USA on the IRS web page. I choose their services because I qualified for free Federal Tax Preparation. When you click on their link, then you have to leave the IRS site.

Still I had to pay for my State Income Taxes. And I did it with my debit card. That debit card, on my checking account in the Bank of America, was then only three days old. I had not used that card before but to pay off for Free Tax USA's service.

Immediately I got more than $1400 out of my checking account in different fraudulent transactions.

I live in Houston, TX and some transaction are reported in Bismarck, ND and associated to the fraudulent scam number 866 - 594 - 3650. An old reported fraud scam which still operates. I'm still in the claiming process with the Bank of America. They had paid me back most of the money involved in the fraudulent transaction.

I have not doubt about the relation between this internet fraud and TaxHawk Inc. (Free Tax USA) because I had not used my card but to paid them.
