Has anyone actually received their $10 rebate? what is the time it should typically take from day of processing to be shipped out? anyone? i don't mind paying monthly to save but i expect my rebates in a timely matter and my introductory rebate to be cashed before any charges are incurred.

Today i noticed a charge on my credit card from you company. i purchased some items from footsmart, however, did not authorize your company to charge my account. i would like to have that charge removed. i do not purchase enough via the internet to warrant the monthly fee. how do i go about getting this charge removed?
