Stay away! I have a load of evidence I offered to send when talking to the case manager who would determine if they would take my case. It is against a large medical practice chain statewide (Texas) with thousands of doctors. They refuse to take my evidence and were only away for maybe a minute when the lady came back on the phone and said they do not take my kind of cases. I asked what kind is it I have you do not take? She just repeated, "We do not take your kind of cases." Any reviews you see online that are good I almost guarantee you are fake. I had a great lawyer who helped me when I had a wreck, from an epileptic seizure and was arrested under DUI charges without ever being tested with a breatherlizer. He won my case and I left a message with him to ask for what lawyers he knows a trusts for malpractice. If you have any lawyers you know ask them. If not, talk to someone you know who knows or works with lawyers, but do not use Morgan and Morgan or call the list in a search result. They all give you a throw around. Good ones are rare. I have been looking for 2 years and this is my third time to be rejected by Morgan and Morgan with no explanation.
