Why do you have so many bad reviews? I would like to rent from your site but not with all the negative reviews. Can you provide assurance so that I can comfortably rent through your site?

You won't receive an answer from FlipKey unless you want to wait on hold for a very long time and then be connected to customer NOservice who has absolutely no training. This is a very poorly managed company and they have many angry owners as well as renters. You are better off searching for your rental on VRBO. Remember all of these sites are a 3rd party, advertising properties for the owner. The real assurance lies between the owner and you.
