Question:

Regarding booking on your site is the price firm once you book online or can it change?

Answer:

Hi AnneMarie! Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us. Airfare can be very dynamic, and can fluctuate based on demand and availability. However, the fare is locked once your booking is ticketed. This means that, although unlikely, the price can change between the time you make your booking and the time you receive your ticket. If ever this happens, we will notify you immediately and you will have the option to either pay the new fare, or cancel and get a full refund. Let me know if this answers your questions! I have already sent an email with booking reference number but no answer and i have called with 1-800-xxx... number but it answered like this, "the number you have dialed is no longer in service." as your answer, " send you by private message" how i can contact you now?

Question:

Booking reference 032-647-762...no ticket reissued for feb 21-mar 2. started the rebooking for dec 27-jan 3 because of an accident of one passenger. willing to fly any days within those 2 weeks however want to be in ontario ca for 10 days. started this process dec 22 and on the phone (on hold) for hours on a daily basis. requesting ticketing or resolution department to finalize this issue. united has confirmed seats on the flight and i can rebook much faster however i will be losing over $1000 in ticket fair. this doesn't make sense and will definitely write a terrible review about your business practices. every call requests more $.

I was going to book some flights with flighthub, but the very negative reviews on sitejabber and tripadvisor really put me off. are these reviews being fair to flighthub? awaiting your answer.

However, because we are a third party agency, we do not always have the same flexibility as airlines to resolve certain types of issues. Question:

I booked two tickets online with flighhub when i received confirmation i noticed a spelling mistake on the reservation. i have called to fix this and have had nothing but the run around. i called the airlines they were willing to fix the spelling mistake for free but weren't able to because of the way flighthub made the reservation. i have since called flighthub and they now want to charge me $75 dollars to fix a spelling mistake that was their mistake in the first place. the airlines clearly were willing to make the change for free. i worked in customer service for 10 years this seems a bit of a money grab to me. i fly on average 2 business trips a month and have never experienced this with any other reservation site. please help
