Why isn't there a better print out for each page for instructions. I am not getting the help I need and I have emailed and I am told to just read.

How can you make a print from a low-res photo that you ripped off the net! The print would have to be about the size of a cigarette paper?
Are the photo matts you use 'archival, acid free'?
when you enlarge an artists print on the FAA site through the close up window is this what the painting will look like when it arrives?

I've had NO results trying to contact FineArtAmerica via their site -- one of your representatives has claimed to a customer that "after several days of back-and-forth e-mails" with the artist -- ME -- that they are refunding his order -- I HAVE RECEIVED NO EMAILS FROM FINEARTAMERICA about ANY problems with ANY orders! I have tested the internal email system, and can send an email to my account, so I know the email system is working. I am a PROFESSIONAL artist, and this is simply unacceptable!
