it is saturday - july 22 and lost the site when tried to order item(s) - will not reload or come back -This site cant be reached fineartamerica.com How can you make a print from a low-res photo that you ripped off the net! The print would have to be about the size of a cigarette paper? Are the photo matts you use 'archival, acid free'? Why isn't there a better print out for each page for instructions. I am not getting the help I need and I have emailed and I am told to just read. Where do we go from here? I get no results from them and have a hard time finding my work,. I'm fed up and want an honest site to put my art on. What fees or commissions do you charge per sale? How do i disable the option of selling the items I don't want my art to be on (mugs, pillow etc.)? What do I have to do to get my 10 paintings off your site? I deleted them twice and you keep offering them up for prints. (against US copyright laws) Hi all, Some reason I am having more views of my work than people buying it.. is there any reason this may be? I've had NO results trying to contact FineArtAmerica via their site -- one of your representatives has claimed to a customer that "after several days of back-and-forth e-mails" with the artist -- ME -- that they are refunding his order -- I HAVE RECEIVED NO EMAILS FROM FINEARTAMERICA about ANY problems with ANY orders! I have tested the internal email system, and can send an email to my account, so I know the email system is working. I am a PROFESSIONAL artist, and this is simply unacceptable!
