I've had NO results trying to contact FineArtAmerica via their site -- one of your representatives has claimed to a customer that "after several days of back-and-forth e-mails" with the artist -- ME -- that they are refunding his order --

I HAVE RECEIVED NO EMAILS FROM FINEARTAMERICA about ANY problems with ANY orders!

I have tested the internal email system, and can send an email to my account, so I know the email system is working.

I am a PROFESSIONAL artist, and this is simply unacceptable!
