They were very quick to respond to me when I asked about why one of my packages had not been shipped, and why I paid for expedited shipping and still waited over 4 weeks to get anything. They offered that my refund would be in my account in 5-15 days. It was been close to 20 days now, and nothing. I emailed them again regarding it. We'll see what happens now.
It took two months. I ordered 4 items, but I could not wear any of them, because quality of clothes was really bad.
Do not give out your Debit Information. Not on line OR over the phone. Fashion Mia in my opinion does not have a good reputation, and product items are a hit and miss with quality, sizing, delivery date. If possible find another company to deal with. Wendy S
It took me almost Two months to get my refund. Two months of nagging and getting the run around... an a ton of b. S. along with it. I placed an order order but ended up cancelling it... within 24 hours... so I didn't think a battle would be fought. Only thing that seemed to get their attention was threats! Threats of PayPal and visa giving them a good $#*! kicking. They got my refund to me pretty quick and a million apologizes... ya I said... your sorry for putting my money in your effin bank account and earning interest on it.! Can you just imagine how much money these crooked bastards are making from people all over the world! I'm just glad this nightmare is behind me. And even more happier I decided to cancel my order. I think I would have bought a flight to China and strangled the bastards with the rags they would have sent me. Just stay away from them. And always always read reviews before going to the checkout.
LaQuanda, I also saw the negative and mixed reviews but loved the look of the clothes and ordered to find out for myself. I suggest if you want to make an order, make a small order to see what you think- Pay through Paypal or something so you can get your money back if need be. I spent $60.00 or so and my stuff took about a month to get and I was happy with the items I got. I get compliments on them all the time. Don't expect perfection but the stuff is worth what we pay for it. I am getting a lot of flack for stating things like this but this was my experience honestly.
I've never tried their phone numbers, but I've submitted several disputes on their dispute page. They answered sending me a 5% off coupon on my next order. As if I would trust to order anything from them again. I am still waiting about my refund.
In china. Stay away from FashionMia. Bad customer service. And when the clothes arrived it was the wrong size.
