on 1/30/16They were very quick to respond to me when I asked about why one of my packages had not been shipped, and why I paid for expedited shipping and still waited over 4 weeks to get anything. They offered that my refund would be in my account in 5-15 days. It was been close to 20 days now, and nothing. I emailed them again regarding it. We'll see what happens now.
It's been 60 days through fashion mia. I'm going to contact PayPal, I have kept EVERY EMAIL between myself and fashion mia.
Go straight to Paypal if that's who you used to pay. It will still take ages ( it took about 5 weeks and I'm still waiting for it to appear in my account) but if you go to Fashionmia you can kiss your money goodbye

When I realized they were not going to promptly send my merchandise I canceled. After about a week they acknowledged my request and notified me that they charge 15% for a cancelation after 24 hours. That was three weeks ago. Now they claim they have refunded me but I still have not received my money. I have files a complaint with the FTC... www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov I suggest everyone do the same and maybe they will shut this site down!
