How can i contact customer service of this website

Answer:

Good luck trying to get them to refund your money or settle a dispute. They will offer you vouchers for $10; even though the dress(es) were more expensive. My advice: NEVER USE THE SITE AGAIN. IT'S A RIP=OFF SCAM!

Contact Pay Pal - then spread the word to everyone you know to NOT use the website or buy anything! ALL the clothes are the same size, no matter what size you choose. Quality is CRAP!

None of the clothes are true U.S. sizes. I am a size 10, and the XXL did not fit; although I am fairly busty. The chart they give you is not accurate. And they will not give you a refund - they want to give you a credit, but again will not do so unless you write a sterling report on their comments site. I wrote exactly what I thought of their service and the quality of the clothes, which is very poor and flimsy; coincidentally, then my credit card and computer was hacked!?!?!?!?

I made my order on march 27,2015. i have not received my order. i would like to know what it going on with my order - b255788?

Answer:

FashionMia clothes run very small. I ordered a large blouse and received an extra small even though it say L on the label. I received my item in a couple weeks but it was not only way too small but damaged. I would never! Recommend anyone to order from this clothing business.

Your acct should be on their website with your order info, however, do NOT hold out too much hope in getting the product in a timely manner or perhaps even at all. Pls review all the negative posts about this company. My suggestion wait 20 days and if you do NOT receive your order, file a dispute with paypal, the company is obligated to response; once they do escalate to a claim and ask paypal for a full refund. I did and got all my money back from these crooks and it took less then 3 days after inititated my claim.@Vanda it is a waste of time communicating with customer service, my advise to you is the same as above. Sorry to here about your CC and puter, coincident? Not sure... but best practise NEVER EVER ORDER ANYTHING ONLINE FROM A COMPANY THAT IS NOT IN NORTH AMERICA! 1

Beverly... if the clothes are not what u ordered and incorrect sizing I suggest u file a claim with paypal... I did and got a full refund... it is worth the effort!

I called on several occasions and until this day i haven't received a call back from fashionmia concerning my refund. the only interaction that i received from fashionmia was that they "confirm that my request has been received & that customer service would get back to me within 36 hours. that was around the second week of january 2017. my question is this "why haven't anyone contact me like you said you would and why haven't the credit been put back on my charge card"??? i sent all of your marchandise back to you two (2) days after receiving them and have the post office documents to prove it.

CALL YOUR CREDIT CARD INSTITUTION RIGHT NOW AND HAVE THEM REVERSE THE CHARGES RIGHT NOW. GET ALL EMAILS FROM YOUR INBOX NOW. DO NOT DELETE ANYTHING AND HAVE THEM READY TO PRESENT TO YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY. THEY WILL NEED PROOF TO PUT THE MONEY BACK ON YOUR CARD AFTER THEIR INVESTIGATION. ALSO, HAVE THE PROOF THAT YOU RETURNED THE CHEAP MERCHANDISE READY FOR THEM AS WELL AND NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THESE CROOKS AGAIN. AFTER ALL WAS SAID AND DONE, IT TOOK MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY ABOUT 2 OR THREE MONTHS TO COMPLETE THEIR INVESTIGATION AND OFFICIALLY SEND ME AN OFFICIAL NOTICE NOTIFYING ME THAT THE FUNDS WERE BACK ON MY CARD (ALTHOUGH THEY PUT THE FUNDS BACK ON IN 24 HOURS) AND THEY WOULD NOT EVER TAKE THE FUNDS OFF NO MATTER IF THIS CLOWN CAR OF A COMPANY CAME BACK AND TRIED TO DEMAND A REVERSAL OF FUNDS. THEY OFFICIALLY RULED IN MY FAVOR. I STRONGLY ADVISE YOU TO CALL YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY AS SOON AS YOU READ THIS MESSAGE AND GET THE BALL ROLLING. GOOD LUCK.

NO. Once you order from FashionMia you will NEVER get any refunds. And never attempt to mail the items back because then you will be out of your postage as well. They will respond to your emails acting as if they are trying to help but nothing will come of it... trust me. Stay away from FashionMia!
