I ordered a tee shirt and a hoodie from th on January 21. Was told the order would be shipped in 3-5 Days. Plenty of time to get here by the super bowl. The tee shirt was shipped ten days later. The hoodie is now scheduled to be here on Feb 7th! I called four times and was told it would be here today, Feb 2, each time. Lied to my face four times. So if you want to wait for your purchase for three weeks, be lied to by the costumer service folks and disappoint your children then this is the place for you. Ill be ordering from NFL. Col from now on. This place is a joke.

I had a awesome experience with them! Order came in 8 days, right size, right everything. I hope when I purchase from them in the future everything goes smooth as this order did. Just have to decided if you want to take the chance with them. I have seen most of the complaints are about shipping and how long it took. I think everything will be great if you just order it way ahead of time if you get nervous.

I would not use them again... Misrepresented delivery options and then tried to blame me. I pd 30.00 to 2 day a pkg and they told me it would arrive in a week... Use someone else if that is an option!

Same here - the fixed the problem, but things take forever. Their customer service is absolutely brutal. It's like they hide the toll-free #, and even when you call it, they make it impossible to find a real person

They shipped my order weeks after promised. Since it was playoff gear timing was important. Then after waiting for way to long I did finally receive the item and it was the wrong size. They also gave me a $10 credit towards future purchases but I'll never use it. I don't think they'll scam you. Just take forever and mess up everything they possibly can. Hope that helps.

I never dealt with them again after my experience with them. I think they even gave me a credit so I would come back. They can keep it!
