I told them I was going to contact the BBB and that is when they finally offered my like 30% refund on TWO of my THREE items instead of 25%. It says a LOT when a company cannot make their own wrongs, RIGHT. They have so many complaints they can't afford to make anything right. It's a scam.

They are located Dongquan City, China. Returns are requested to be delivered to a front yard and the US Postal service is unable to track returns or confirm delivery.
Yes dispute. Tell them about this site call Paypal guarantee reputable company they need to see this site then close your account with Paypal. Tell bank you don't want to see anymore chargebacks from this Company.Or you will ca the Banking Commissioner and the Attorney General make a complain to be.com and Consumer Protections about Paypal.
