I told them I was going to contact the BBB and that is when they finally offered my like 30% refund on TWO of my THREE items instead of 25%. It says a LOT when a company cannot make their own wrongs, RIGHT. They have so many complaints they can't afford to make anything right. It's a scam.
Rip off report AND better business bureau notified about them by me, a PISSED OFF CUSTOMER.
