This company is a sham! They are horrible! I ordered gifts in November and have not received them...

It does not take 6 months to receive any orders. Usually takes about 1 week.

Their orders ship from China and can get held up at the customs dock. But, unfortunately many of their orders never show up and it's difficult to get your money back.

Mine were sperately into 2 packages, and one of them arrived a week later than the first one.

How can I cancel my order

I treid to cacel. They told me it has already shipped and I cannot cancel. They also told me before Christmas that it had already shipped, but now site shows shipping date of Dec 27. They lie. Good luck.

If you ordered on credit card dispute charges. That's what I'm doing. Called my credit card they said email them which I did no response. Credit card company will investigate then they will credit you're account. I ordered 2nd week in Dec still no order took money and did not respond to email. Never order from them again.
