During your initial purchase, you are given two options, either to checkout as a VIP member or Guest. If you chose the VIP option, you'd receive your first order at a discount and be enrolled in our VIP membership. If you don't want to be a VIP member, simply check out with us as a Guest. As a VIP member, you will never be obligated to make a purchase nor pay the monthly charge every month and you can make changes to your account whenever you wish. Indeed, we are a monthly membership shop but there is no need to pay each month to remain a VIP and enjoy exclusive sales and discounts. Previously, our rewards program was all about racking up points through different activities. Now it's all about time-based perks for staying connected with Fabletics/YITTY. The longer you're active, the more exclusive benefits you unlock.
Sometimes there is a glitch in the system, usually when they are in the middle of changing prices. I have always been able to contact customer service and they will either show me that what I am buying is not what is showing at that price, they adjust the price in my cart, OR they show where I am getting some other discount that cancels out the first discount.

Orders are processed within 0-2 business days (weekends not included) from our warehouse for fulfilling and packaging. If your order is sent via standard shipping, orders usually arrive within 6-10 business days, and rush shipments will take 2-3 business days after it ships. You can also check on the status of your order online for future reference. Just log in to your account online, and click on 'Order History' under the Account tab. Select the order number and check on the status of your shipping. You may also utilize our Facebook- Messenger to check the status of your purchase.
