We always cater to all styles as much as we can, and w always want to make sure that we are able to meet your preferred selections. You can check our new products which are available on the 1st of every month, and from time to time, our selections will be available mid-month. We'll also email you about any new releases so we suggest to please log in within the first few days of the month to find your favorites.

Points can be earned by making purchases and writing reviews for purchased items. If points are earned by purchasing an item, they will be applied to your account once the item is shipped. If points are earned by writing a review of a previously purchased item, they will be applied to your account once the review is submitted. Some exceptions may apply.

During your initial purchase, you are given two options, either to checkout as a VIP member or Guest. If you chose the VIP option, you'd receive your first order at a discount and be enrolled in our VIP membership. If you don't want to be a VIP member, simply check out with us as a Guest.

Please know that member credits will expire twelve (12) months following issuance. No worries, we send email reminders to inform you that your credits are almost expiring. Your member credits should automatically apply to your cart on any orders of $59.95 USD or above. Member credits are non-breakable and can only be applied in full amount or to one regular, VIP-priced item. However, we occasionally have sales that allow the use of credits for the promotion. You can always review the terms and conditions of the sale if you want to know if credits can be applied.

Most of our products are true to size unless otherwise stated. Each style will have a corresponding size guide that you can refer to and the reviews can also give you an idea of how the items fit.
