Sometimes there is a glitch in the system, usually when they are in the middle of changing prices. I have always been able to contact customer service and they will either show me that what I am buying is not what is showing at that price, they adjust the price in my cart, OR they show where I am getting some other discount that cancels out the first discount.

Points can be earned by making purchases and writing reviews for purchased items. If points are earned by purchasing an item, they will be applied to your account once the item is shipped. If points are earned by writing a review of a previously purchased item, they will be applied to your account once the review is submitted. Some exceptions may apply.

Can I get charged even though I didn't purchase anything and I didn't give my card information?
Answer:
During your initial purchase, you are given two options, either to checkout as a VIP member or Guest. If you chose the VIP option, you'd receive your first order at a discount and be enrolled in our VIP membership. If you don't want to be a VIP member, simply check out with us as a Guest.

Sometimes, couriers' online tracking information is not updated in real-time. Please wait for further updates from the courier to keep you on track with the order. Orders are processed within 0-2 business days (weekends not included) from our warehouse for fulfilling and packaging. If your order is sent via standard shipping, orders usually arrive within 6-10 business days, and rush shipments will take 2-3 business days after it ships. You can also check on the status of your order online for future reference. Just log in to your account online, and click on 'Order History' under the Account tab. Select the order number and check on the status of your shipping. You may also utilize our Facebook- Messenger to check the status of your purchase.

Please know that member credits will expire twelve (12) months following issuance. No worries, we send email reminders to inform you that your credits are almost expiring. Your member credits should automatically apply to your cart on any orders of $59.95 USD or above. Member credits are non-breakable and can only be applied in full amount or to one regular, VIP-priced item. However, we occasionally have sales that allow the use of credits for the promotion. You can always review the terms and conditions of the sale if you want to know if credits can be applied.
