Reviews are concerning. I haven't received my order yet and if I am unhappy I certainly do not want anything else. I ordered over a week ago. Still no iutfit(s) Jeani Paulson

Hello! This is from the Fabletics team. We know that this question was raised years ago, but we would like to address it.

We always encourage our dear members to send back the items they've received whenever they are unsatisfied. You are given a 90 days' timeframe from the delivery date of the item(s) to take advantage of it. You can exchange the item for a different size/color. Or you can process a return for a store credit refund which you can use for your future orders. The credits will automatically be applied to any VIP-priced item and may not be combined with any other offer, depending on the promo terms. You can initiate the return/exchange online. Just log in to your Fabletics account, and click on Order History under the Account tab. All of the details about making returns are here: https://www.fabletics.com/shipping.

Guidelines you should have no problems. As I mentioned I really like

I can't remember having to wait a long time for delivery but my issue is the fact you are charged every month unless you 'skip a month'. I really think the good reviews are from people who work for Fabletics! When you try to cancel they do all they can to talk you out of it, stay strong, you'll need to!

It can take a week to receive your order. Returning it is another issue. It takes forever to return and they may never get it. That happened to several of my returns. I was just happy to be done with that site and just forgot about getting reimbursed...

Hi! I absolutely love Fabletics! Depending on where you live it can take up to 10 days. Log in to your account, go to 'orders' and click on the tracking number. It will take you to FedEx and tell you exactly where your package is. You can also call your credit card because the day after the package ships, your account is charged.
The reason people give fabletics bad reviews is because they don't take time to read before they click. You are signing up for a membership that gives you exclusive sales, discounts, points and referral credits. As with any membership, if you play by the rules, you will love being a member and they will love having you as a member!
Hope this helps- don't worry- your package will come and I promise you will be addicted to those packages in no time!

I am in Australia, so I can't comment on returns outside of Australia but in my case, it took over 3 weeks for the order to arrive. Even though outfit was too big it was too much hassle and money to return. Ie, paying postage to return, paying a re-stocking fee, waiting for the refund, then re-ordering correct size and paying for postage again. I did not like the quality enough to take the chance. Just make sure you cancel your membership if you are not happy with your clothing, otherwise you will be charged every month if you forget to "skip the month". Hope someone answers your call, I could not get through to them all day when I tried to cancel my membership. I was unable to track my order. Good Luck!

Just keep calling and hopefully you will get a human. I must say cancel as soon as you can
And hopefully you get your stuff. Shop locally instead, Academy has awesome selection of workout clothes with very good pricing. Every consumer comment site I have visited is flooded with negative comments regarding
Fabletics-get out fast!

You just need call them when you receive you're order and tell them you want to return the items.(if you do). Then after they take the return, (same phone call) tell them to cancel you're membership. Trust me they will try everything to guilt you or pressure you into not cancellling. If you like the stuff then keep it. But for me personally it was cute on the computer. But the material was thin and the fit is horrible. Like I said in my review, I work really hard to keep a great body, and I won't put on clothing that actually takes a great body and makes it look worse. You are just as well off to go buy workout clothes at Walmart. Hope this helps!

Hi Jeani,
Where are you located? According to their site, Fabletics take roughly 4-10 business days for shipping, and Saturday is not considered a business day for most companies, so depending on when you bought it, you can track the days from there. Also, depending on where you live if the weather has been bad this also can slow down shipping. You should have been provided with a tracking number in your email after you made your purchase that tells you where your item is. If you have not received a tracking number, I'd contact Fabletics right away. If you do have an issue with the clothing, you can always cancel your membership. It will take probably a dropped call and talking to several people to do it, but I have successfully done it.

The shipping tends to be slow. As long as you read the fine print and know that you're getting a subscription, you shouldn't have issues. Their customer service is quite good, so I'd contact them if you're worried. You can always check your account for tracking information.
