What do i need to sign my wife up?

Answer:

Hi Jason! You can get your wife an e-gift card here: https://fabfitfun.com/gift/ which she can use to create her FabFitFun Subscription. The $200 gift card will cover her for the full year and the $60 gift card will cover her for her first box. Any leftover credit will be applied to future billings. If you'd prefer to sign her up yourself just go to fabfitfun.com and enter your billing details and your wife's name on the shipping details if you'd like to keep it a secret until the box arrives we suggest using your own email address at sign up as well since that's where the billing and shipping details will be sent. Hi i'm considering signing up but i really don't want the editor box, i would rather start with a regular seasonal box. if i sign up for spring 2017 will i be able to choose the spring box or will i automatically get the editor box or some other type of welcome box?

Answer:

Hi Jessica! We aren't selling the Spring Box just yet so if you join now it will be for Editor's. The Spring Box will go on sale likely around the week of Feb 20th and once it's available the checkout page will reflect the box available is Spring. It's coming soon and it's a great one to sign up for! You can also join our mailing list to be notified once it's available just go to fabfitfun.com and a pop up will appear asking for your email.

For the most part each of our members receives the exact same box each season. Our most recent box is the exception because we launched "Mystery Bonus Items" where members may receive one of 4 bonus items. A lot of our members really loved the surprise of not knowing which bonus they'd receive but there were some members who would have prefered some options over the others. Our checkout page includes a link to the Editor's Box FAQ which links to a full reveal of what members can expect to receive if they join so everyone knows about the bonus items before they join. You can check out that link here: http://support.fabfitfun.com/hc/en-us/articles/214100046-The-Editor-s-Box-FAQ Other than the Mystery Bonus feature in the Editor's Box our members can expect to recieve the same items each season. Our annual members do get the exclusive perk to choose variations for items each season such as colors and scents. We may also be launching more customization options in the future similar to our black friday deal where members were able to choose which mystery bonus item they wanted. We also sometimes get hit with shipping constraints to Canada where we can't ship certain items over the border but that doesn't happen often where we need to send those members a different option. I think if you check out the Editor's Box reveal and like what you see then you should totally sign up. While we understand some member may want a specific mystery bonus over the other's these items were chosen because they were not only Editor's favorites but also customer favorites from past boxes. The Editor's Box is a great starting box since it gives you a peek into what our seasonal boxes are like and you get to experience some of those member and editor's faves all in one box. Our Spring Box is also shaping up to be completely amazing and anyone who is joining now will automatically have one reserved for them as a member. We can't say what's inside yet but spoilers will be released starting February and we don't think any of our members will be disappointed. I hope you decide to check us out! We have quick customer service, our boxes include full sized items from brands that are in stores like Bloomingdales, Nordstrom, and Barney's. I liked my editor's box, disappointed in my modcloth scarf i received the black and white one, it sheds all over my clothes, this day and age that shouldn't happen any more, must be a defect in material and how it was processed.

Answer:

Hi Des! The Modcloth scarves are woven then cut into individual scarves. If you're experiencing any shed it should stop after the scarves first wash. You can machine wash it with like items on a low spin cycle and hang it to dry. You can also hand wash it as well, hope this helps!
