Hi Daniel,

The following documents must be sent through and authorized.

1. Proof of Residence e.g. electricity, telephone, water or television bill, dated within the last six months.

2. Copy of your Credit Card - The required details are the cardholder's full name and last four digits of the card number. Deleting the rest of the information is advised.

3. Copy of your Passport or certified ID

This will also speed up the withdrawal procedure.
