I did not received my eye glass through canada post they investigate for me but it will take 7 to 10 days do you replace me with out charge and different location and different delivery

When my order was lost in the mail they were so helpful. They investigated what happened and resent my order again, free of charge (since I paid for the first order) without hesitation.
