Answer:

Fairly easy. They are just rude and incompetent. Delaying filling prescriptions.

No. And since hell would have to freeze over before I ever actually do purchase anything from Express Scripts I want to have a success story.

What is the cost of my drugs

Answer:

I pay a monthly charge which is part of my Medicare Supplement Insurance. The total premium is $439 a month but it also covers other charges Medicare does not. Then for each drug Express Scripts charges a maximum of $20 for 90 pills if generics are used. Non generics depend on the medicine; they can be much more expensive.
