Fairly easy. They are just rude and incompetent. Delaying filling prescriptions.

Easy to get hold of, but a total waste of time, they will just give you their preprogrammed script and not listen to a word you say.

Wait, go thru phone tree, repeat all over again with representatives

Difficult. After being on "hold" for more than 45 minutes, representatives have twice given incorrect information.

After the doctor fills out the "Prior Authorization Forms" and sends them in plus the prescription to CVS, Express Scripts gives everyone the run around to get it filled. Each time you call they need even more information before it is O. K.'d
