I placed an order for a mobile phone and paid immediately. Only after opening a ticket did I receive a reply saying phone is not in stock and will take 7 to 14 days to procure one or alternatively to choose another phone from their website. I do not want any other phone or wait for 14 days after reading all the negative feedbacks from other customers. I want my money refunded to y credit card account through PayPal asap. I wish i had checked out all these customer complaints earlier...
