You would have certainly gotten your notification by email or text message with itemization of all of the fees but to answer your question: In addition to your Florida vehicle registation fee, the fess disclosed at the time the order was placed are the eTags service fee, credit card convenience fee, agency fee, and shipping fee. HI Kimberly, we provide two shipping options in California. If you select priority shipping, the tags will be delivered the next business day if the order is received before 3 PM. If after 3 PM, tags will be delivered in 2 business days from the time the order is placed. If you select standard shipping, delivery time is 4 to 5 business days. We hope that helps.

Hi Jeffrey, thanks for your questions. Sounds like you are in Florida and, if that is the case, here are the answers to your questions: (1)You will get an email within a few hours of placing your order advising if your tags could be renewed and that email will include the total price or an email advising you your order had to be canceled with the reason why. (2)You can renew with eTags no matter how many months or years your Florida tags are expired. Keep in mind that the Florida DMV collects those missed months/years as back taxes. Hi Derrick, thanks for your question. We are not yet processing New Registrations in Florida. This type of DMV transaction still needs to be done in person, however, there are private brick and mortar agencies in some areas that will do the visit on your behalf. You just need to sign a limited power of attorney and provide other title and identity verification paperwork for that. Hi Gigi, you may be able place an order online to replace your lost title. You may search for your state's DMV website to see if that is something they have an online option for. Hi Henry, thanks for your question. Unfortunately, we do not currently offer the option to split payment between multiple credit cards. We do however offer Paypal Credit and/or Affirm loan options with some of our services. You will see those options on the checkout page if they are available.
