Please refer to your policy terms and conditions for cancellations and refunds. Customers may cancel their policies at anytime. If a customer cancels within the first 30 days and they have had no claims they will receive a full refund. If a customer cancels after 30 days and they have not had any claims, they will receive a pro rated refund of the unearned premium. Customers that have had a claim are not due a refund.
Please send a private message to me with your policy number and I will forward your concerns to the claims department manager to get the status of your claim. The majority of times our system will place emails in the spam folder if a customer emails more than 4 times in 1 day and the claims agent will have to remove the email address from that system.
