I was on a live chat asking about an item that hasn't come told to wait 7 more days waited the 7 days still did not come got back on live chat was told 3-5 more days ask for refund and phone # to call and john ended the chat is there a phone # i can call to resolve this matter

I need to return a shipment, but do not have a return address. where do i ship the merchandise and how do i receive the refund?

Answer:

I didn't return mine. I decided not to pay postage back to CHINA! Not worth it. I gave my bad quality and way too small stuff to a tiny person and cut my losses there. I will NEVER, EVER order from Eric Dress again. They wanted me to take my review offline and they would give me half back now and half when it gets back to China. NO WAY. My husband also ot ripped off by a Chinese company for sunglasses that were not packaged correctly and were broken. Now the company doesn't answer him. BE CAREFUL TO ORDER FROM U.S. ONLY! DO NOT ORDER FROM CHINA! YOU CANNOT TRUST THEM. THEY DO NOT DO BUSINESS ETHICALLY!
